Padilla has been recognized by the Academy of Interactive & Visual Arts with three Silver w3 Awards. Receiving thousands of entries annually from across the globe, the w3 Awards honors outstanding digital experiences, content and creativity.

Padilla was recognized in the following categories:

Video Series-Animation

Citrix worked with us to create DJ DaaS and The Notorious VDI, the first-ever, musically inspired Citrix-branded characters. Through a multichannel social campaign strategy (#DaasJams), the DaaS team racked up millions of engagements and views, reaching Citrix’s audience exactly how our insights proved necessary, exceeding expectations and industry standards.

Video Series-Food & Drink

For the U.S. Highbush Blueberry Council, we developed the “Grab a Boost of Blue” campaign to highlight the proven health benefits of blueberries—particularly the extra energy you can get (naturally) from eating them. The insufferable clichés of other boost-promising products in the market aren’t funny on their own. They’re annoying and, like the products they’re selling, potentially damaging to your well-being. Not so with blueberries. Eating these naturally delicious morsels yields proven mental and physical benefits without any tradeoffs. We created a humorous ad for this playful fruit that resulted in increased blueberry consumption among target consumers.

General Video-Travel

Following the pandemic, Richmond Virginia’s tourism economy needed to rebound in a big way and stand out from other destinations in a competitive travel sector with an awareness campaign that looks and sounds like nothing else out there. Richmond Region Tourism’s “Speaks for Itself” campaign developed by Padilla surpassed all expectations without pigeonholing the destination into cookie-cutter messaging.
