Padilla has launched a new offering to strengthen change resilience and employee engagement for brands and organizations. Padilla Engage to Change™, the latest offering from the firm’s Corporate Strategic Advisory group, is a change communications and employee engagement approach designed to provide organizations with a clear, actionable roadmap to navigate change, such as market shifts, new technologies and business processes like AI, mergers and acquisitions, and leadership transitions.

As pressures on businesses accelerate, often causing employee burnout and fatigue, organizations increasingly recognize that without employee buy-in, even the most well-designed strategies can fail.

“Change is constant, but that doesn’t mean leaders and their employees are always prepared to manage it,” said Dave Heinsch, senior vice president and leader of Padilla’s Corporate Strategic Advisory group. “Within disruption lies an opportunity for organizations to transform, and that’s where Engage to Change comes in. It helps leadership deal with otherwise unmitigated risk by building the cultural resilience, clarity and confidence needed to align teams and move forward.”

Engage to Change helps organizations turn uncertainty and hesitancy into growth with three phases:

  1. Assess: Padilla evaluates the organization across seven key attributes and determines a change resilience profile and baseline level.
  1. Plan: Leveraging insights from the assessment, Padilla creates a tailored change communications plan and provides recommendations for navigating the change.
  1. Execute: Padilla implements the plan, providing tactical support, strategic guidance and measurement optimization.

“When organizations prioritize employees during transformation efforts, they can shift from resisting change to being champions for change,” said Brooke Worden, senior vice president and employee engagement lead, Padilla. “Engage to Change is focused on communication, activation and empowerment to ensure leaders and employees are well-equipped to thrive through any type of organizational change.”
