Padilla Welcomes Brooke Worden, SVP, Corporate Strategic Advisory

MINNEAPOLIS (May 13, 2025) – Brooke Worden has joined Padilla as senior vice president in the Corporate Strategic Advisory practice, a specialized group of communications professionals who advise executive leadership teams to help drive transformation and growth for their businesses. Brooke brings more than 25 years of corporate communications expertise to the firm. Based in Minneapolis, she will work with clients across the country in multiple industries, providing capital markets communications, crisis and critical issues management, change management, community and social engagement, and communications coaching.
Prior to Padilla, Brooke held senior leadership positions at Weber Shandwick and Carmichael Lynch Relate, worked as a journalist at Twin Cities Business and was part of the change management practice at Accenture. She has deep financial services expertise across a variety of industry sectors such as retirement, insurance, banking, tax and fintech. In addition, she has experience with clients spanning CPG, healthcare, technology, manufacturing and government.

Brooke is a past president of Minnesota PRSA and previously served on PRSA’s Board of Ethics and Professional Standards (BEPS). She is accredited in public relations (APR) and was named a PRSA College of Fellows member in 2020.
