Generating Employer Brand Awareness to Drive Applicants for a New Call Center
TELUS offers call centers and digital CX to leading U.S. companies and needed to hire more than 400 staff for its new center in Charleston.

We put TELUS out front for potential employees actively seeking frontline jobs in the local area.
Idea
Through a three-month full-funnel campaign, including local broadcast coverage and billboard placements, we elevated awareness for TELUS as a new Charleston employer. In partnership with a “Toys for Tots” drive with the local TV station, we encouraged foot traffic to its new location, and to increase website traffic and leads, we focused on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok channels, along with a targeted SEM campaign.
Impact
We blew past new hire goals and drove highly engaged users with our campaign ads, generating 661 interested applicants.
