Using Data to Improve Campaigns

In order to tell the complete performance story, an in-depth overview of McDonald's campaigns using real-time dashboards was built for two franchises in New York.
Idea
Our digital strategy team helped adopt a cloud-based system to bring together McDonald's data from platforms spanning paid, earned and owned channels. This system allows space for collaborative analysis and a way to display cross-channel data that could represent the full picture of its efforts to reach their target demographic.
Impact
The insights and learnings from these newly visualized metrics allowed us to deliver an iterative strategy model that resulted in McDonald's ability to pivot quickly and enhance its activities based on real-time data.
