For the second year, Padilla’s Insights Accelerator Research team has tracked the shifting mindset of C-suite leaders and the implications for all at the leadership table. This report revisits the major themes from the previous report, including attitudes and approaches to DEI, ESG and opinions on corporate response to external social issues. It also explores new topics that have emerged since, such as the impact of economic headwinds, a general decline in worker well-being, the effects of leading in a hybrid work environment and the reassessment of priorities as leaders look toward the final stage of their careers.
