TraceGains, a global tech company, needed to modernize its marketing efforts and relaunch its brand website to correspond with the roll-out of its flagship platform.
Insight
The previous website was built on HubSpot, which had great CRM capabilities, but almost no ability to customize the sitemap or design tools to support the rapidly changing needs of TraceGains' marketing team. It was time for a rebuild.
Idea
Padilla knew that understanding TraceGains’ goals, current customers and future aspirations would inform a new sitemap ideally suited for its different audiences and their unique journeys. This would create a foundation for digital marketing backed by smart analytics.
