Honorlock offers universities, students and instructors a better proctoring experience. We just needed to tell them.
Insight
Proctoring allows students to take tests from anywhere and supports students unable to test in person. It also reduces opportunities for students to leverage unapproved resources during testing, protecting the integrity of the test, the instructor, the institution and the grade.
Idea
To reduce pushback from students and differentiate Honorlock in the market, we had to change the message. Padilla developed a media plan to target university decision-makers and reinforce the positive aspects of proctoring, showing how it helps safeguard integrity and reduce student test anxiety.
Impact
We created content and messages to be shared through higher ed media and leveraged data from a study with Honorlock and the University of North Alabama. The coverage results elevated Honorlock above its competition who continue to lose market share to Honorlock.
