To stay top-of-mind with stakeholders, Calabrio needed to drive awareness and dominate the CX / WFM market​.

Insight

Calabrio helps customer service organizations create high performing teams, engage employees and deliver rich, satisfying CX through modern WFM technology. Padilla’s role was to transition Calabrio to fully integrated, research-driven campaigns in order to drive awareness, overseeing messaging, content and brand activation to keep Calabrio front-and-center with its audiences.

Idea

Annual research uncovers hot button issues, which we use as the foundation for earned and paid media, social campaigns and influencer programs. Our goal was to place Calabrio's CEO in key media outlets to reinforce company messages, supported by this data. ​

Impact

Each year we were able to blanket the CX and top business media with new data around challenges and opportunities for CX service organizations, tying these messages to Calabrio’s value proposition. By using an integrated approach, Calabrio was quickly elevated as a thought leader in WFM, AI and analytics in CX. ​
