Knowing Your Audience

Have you surveyed your customers and/or prospects in the past three years?

Have you asked how or where they go for information about new products or services?

Have you asked what type of information they look for?

Does your marketing content reflect what you learned from customers and prospects?

Do you know the criteria your customers and prospects use to make decisions?

Do you know at least two influencers to your customers and prospects (e.g., industry analysts, customers, media, etc.)?
