New Content from The Cookery

At Padilla, our in-house culinary studio has evolved into a space where attention to detail in recipe development meets photography and video creation to capture the content consumers hunger for. The studio, based out of our New York office, is more than a test kitchen but space where our team helps brands thrive in storytelling.

To kick off the new year we’ve been cooking up a lot of new content for our clients.  For Maple from Quebec, a social media audit helped inform us of some of the latest and most popular culinary trends.  What we found was parfaits, skewers and toasts were among the top of the list of trending concepts, bringing Oven Roasted Maple Tomato Toast, Maple Pumpkin Pie Parfaits and Maple Balsamic Chicken Skewers to life in the Cookery (all pictured below).

For Icons of European Taste, a program to promote Prosciutto di San Daniele, Grana Padano and Prosciutto di Parma in the U.S. and Canada, ingredients like kale and the wildly popular cauliflower Gnocchi from Trader Joe’s led to the development of Kale Grilled Cheese with Grana Padano and Cauliflower Gnocchi with Crispy Prosciutto di Parma. These recipes are among a series of recipes developed for the program to encourage consumers not only to eat these specialty products on their own but to cook with them as well.
