Katie is a registered dietitian and assistant account executive. She has previously worked as a research assistant at The Ohio State University, and served as the team nutritionist for the USA Women’s National Field Hockey team, which advanced to the quarter-finals of the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. An active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, as well as several dietetic practice groups, she also volunteers with Sprouts Cooking Club, assisting in after-school cooking classes for Bay Area elementary school youth.
