As a brand strategist for Joe Smith, the brand consultancy of Padilla, Colleen approaches big brand problems with a fierce tenacity, unexpected creative approaches, and belief in the power of a good metaphor. Throughout her career as a strategist, Colleen has worked with a variety of clients, from small start-ups looking for brand development to large fashion and quick-service brands looking for brand clarity. She holds a bachelor’s in mass communication and creative advertising from Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU), as well as a master’s degree in creative brand management from the VCU Brandcenter.
